You believe yourself to be a role model, you're influencing the student by your coaching technique.
You believe in the "bigger picture"- working with, encouraging and support to like minded professional drum educators. That doesn't mean you have to be "best buddies", but does mean you won't trash talk fellow drum educators especially in advertising. PDTG members believe that "this neighborhood is big enough for all good educators to get students", this attitude shows maturity and professional vs.. insecurity and amateurism.

I am a drummer with over 5 years experience and over 10+ years of piano and musical theory experience. I have taught the piano before, but never the drums. Therefore, I would like to give you your first drum lesson for free! If you feel like you can learn a lot from me, you can take additional lessons for 20$ per hour. If you're interested, please respond to me with:

BE PART OF THE SOLUTION
Membership is $30.00 - a one time only non refundable fee. This includes a certificate for your teaching studio/school . Membership to the Guild shows potential students that you're part of a Guild, a very important credential. Guild members also have access to the PDTG family and community and a roster of over one thousand students. More importantly, it's a place where drum educators can share ideas, build community and encourage one another.
The Guild is open to all peoples. You must be serious about drumming education. Please enclose a resume and provide references, website and pictures. Please note you MUST have a real website vs FB/My_ etc., If you are a new educator, please explain why you want to be part of PDTG.
Give as much background as possible. All info is treated with respect and won't be forwarded to any other agencies.
